Description
NAICS Code: 541519 THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE The Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) intends to award a sole source procurement to Thomson NETg, 2407 ST Regis Drive, Richmond, VA 23236. The purpose of the requirement is to acquire user licenses and implementation support services. NETg Courseware is the only known software with the specialized features required by the Office of Information Technology (OIT), Office of Training and Development (OTD. OTD has determined NETg courseware to be the only known SCORM 1.2 compliant product to successfully assemble custom content, and fully integrate with the Learning Content Management System (LCMS). In accordance with FAR 6.301 ?Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements?, CBP has determined Thomson NETg to be the only firm capable of satisfying the requirements stated above. This notice is neither a request for proposals nor a solicitation for offers. However, any firm that believes it is capable of meeting all the requirements stated herein may submit written qualifications, which if received within 15 calendar days of the date of this announcement, will be considered. Interested firms shall provide detailed information outlining their capabilities ? any response failing to provide the aforementioned data will be disregarded. Responses to this posting must be in writing. A determination not to compete the proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
