Description

The purpose of this notice is to determine the availability of small businesses able to provide hardware maintenance/repair and software upgrade for the Hill Rom Nurse Call NCM Systems. The place of performance will be Bassett Army Community Hospita l (BACH) at Fort Wainwright, Alaska, located adjacent to the city of Fairbanks. In summary, the required services are as follows: (1) Annual preventive maintenance services; (2) Annual equipment recertification for JCAHO accreditation; (3) On-site repair service; (4) Unlimited replacement parts; (5) Unlimited 24/7 technical and licensed software telephonic software support; (6) Software upgrades, as required; and (7) Remote diagnostics. This proposed contract will begin on or about 1 Oct 2005 (subject to availability of FY 05 funds) with two (2) annual option periods. Small businesses who feel they can provide the above services and supplies, are asked to submit in writing an affirmative response to this announcement. For the purposes of determining bus iness size, the applicable NAICS code is 811219 with a size standard of $6 million.
