Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 9 Contracting Office, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro, TN 37129 is soliciting on behalf of the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home, TN for a contractor to provide maintenance services for the existing PBX System Fujitsu F9600XL Telephone System. Services shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work included in the solicitation. The resulting contract will be for one (1) year. Solicitation will be issued on 9/16/04 with offers due o/a 9/29/04 4:00PM CST. The solicitation may be downloaded at www.bos.oamm.va.gov using the solicitation number. This procurement is full and open competition. The NAICS code is 811213, small business size standard is $6M. The Contactor must provide complete hardware and software maintenance on the following servers, as well as able to troubleshoot, configure and maintain all associated software. CallXpress Mail Server/Monitor Version 6.50.080 Software; Intellicenter Server 50 Agent Licenses Version 3.1.ICCS.5; RightFax Fax Server/Monitor Version 8.5.0.137; Siteman Emml Server/Monitor Version Telephone switch management software Version 2.0; PBX Intrigration Server/Monitor with Red Hat Unix.
