Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations Provide all labor, material, tools, equipment and supervision for full maintenance service of the Beckman Equipment described herein located at the Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital, Fifth & Roosevelt Rd. Hines IL. in strict accordance with the Specifications and Statement of Work. Anticipated period of performance is October 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 with four (4), one-year option renewal periods, at the Government?s discretion. The resulting binding agreement will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The acquisition is a Unrestricted, Full & Open Competitive Procurement. NACIS 811219 - ($6Million). Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Anticipated award effective date is October 1, 2004. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about September 16, 2004.
