- UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries intends to enter into a Requirements type contract. This is a Sole Source requirement with Waltco Truck Equipment Company, Inc., 285 Northeast Avenue, Tallmadge, OH 44278 for Hydraulic Lift Gates (Flipaway Liftgate - LPF-30/3,000 LBS, 62?X80?) to be installed on FEMA trucks for ensure compatibility and continuity of their existing fleet. Estimated quantity is 96 each. The required delivery is thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of delivery order. Delivery will be F.O.B. destination to FEDERAL PRISON INDUSTRIES ? UNICOR, Three Rivers, Texas. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested offerors may submit a proposal, which will be considered by this agency, however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
