- NAICS Code: 81299 The Environmental Protection Agency Headquarters Office in Washington DC is contracting this action for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13 for: Production Tracker Software Maintenance. This service is to provide annual licensing, maintenance and support to Production Tracker product. All responses must be addressed in writing to US EPA, Attn. C.
