Description

This announcement is to solicit a 5 year firm-fixed price (FFP), requirements contract that will allow for capability to deliver up to 500 million rounds annually of small caliber ammunition, 5.56mm, 7.62mm and .50 caliber in its primary configuratio ns, ball, traced and blank. This solicitation will be issued electronically http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Estimated date of release for the subject solicitation in draft form is 4 October 2004 with an estimated closing date of 1 November 2004. The exact dat es will be printed in the solicitation. A Pre-solicitation Conference is anticipated to be held prior to issuance of the final solicitation. The Technical Data Package (TDP) will be made available at the request of the contractor.
