- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (CSS) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Qu otes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being issued under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) has a requirement for Film processing services. The film formats include 16mm color, 35mm color, 70mm color, 16mm black and white, 35mm black and white, 70mm black and white and 5.5 inch black and white film. The requirement also includes reversal and positive contact printing of 16mm color, 35mm col or, 16mm black and white, 35mm black and white, still film processing and printing services of E-6, color negative C-41 and black and white. This also includes 4 hour, 8 hour, 24 hour, over-night and weekend pickup and delivery services. Each offeror sha ll provide pricing or a price list for processing the above film. Your offer should include the price difference for each of the pick-up and delivery times listed above. You must also provide present and past performance information with the name, addres s, point of contact of at least two (contracts, customers etc) that you have provided the same or similar services. It is anticipated that a one-year contract with an estimated dollar amount will be awarded with a base period plus a one-year option period available. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-24 (19Jul04) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARs) current to DCN20040625 edition. G overnment Visa Payment Card is the preferred method of payment. Standard Industry Classification Code (SIC) is 7384 and The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 812921with a size standard of $6 million. Quotes shall be clearly marked W 9124R-04-R-0039 Film Processing Services and emailed to linda.renteria@yuma.army.mil or via facsimile (928) 328-6849 no later than 3:00 P.M Mountain Standard Time (MST) 22 September 2004. Offerors who fail to furnish the required representations or inform ation as required by 52. 212-1, 52.212-3, and 52.212-7001 cited below, or reject terms and conditions of this CSS may be excluded from consideration. The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible bidder whose bid conforming to the solicita tion will be the most advantageous to the Government based on acceptability and price.
