- PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, and Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: 1) 52.237-1, Site Visit. 2) 52.237-2, Protection of Government Buildings, Equipment, and Vegetation. 3) 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. 4) 52.212-2 -- Evaluation -- Commercial Items. 5) 52.212-3, Offeror, Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; 6) 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, with an addendum; 7) 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items. 8) 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration. The solicitation number is 0404AN36927. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This requirement is being issued by GovWorks under the Department of the Interior Franchise Fund on behalf of the Missile Defense Agency. GovWorks procurement will handle the solicitation and resultant contract administration as well as payment of invoices. GovWorks is a Federal Franchise Fund Contracting Office under the authority of the Government Management Reform Act and provides contracting support to all Federal and DoD Agencies. The Government intends to award a Time and Materials Contract with fixed price line items with a base year and four options years. The proposed contract is considered for a 100% Total Small Business set aside. The competitive Request for Proposal (RFP), specifications, RFP amendments, and all questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the Internet at http://www.govworks.gov/vendor/csolicit.asp under RFP number 0404AN36927. ***Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the web site. Notifications of any changes to this solicitation shall be made only on the Internet.
