- This requirement in support of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement issued as a request for quotation is N00253-04-Q-0303. This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2001-24. The applicable NAICS Code for this requirement is 334111 and has a size standard of 500. NUWC Division Keyport has a requirement for the following: CLIN 0001: 33 Each 3U or 4U rackmount chassis able to use standard PC cards, with a minimum of 300w power supply, rack rails. Intel 2.8 Ghz Pentium 4 CPU, 533 FSB, 1M L2 Cache. Motherboard, Pentium 4, Intel 86! 5G chipset, AGP, minimum of 2 unused PCI slots. Radeon 9000 series minimum 64 Mb AGP card video. 1024 GB DDR SDRAM (2 x 512MB). Removable IDE/ATA serial disk drive minimum 160MB. DVD-ROM. 1.44MB 3.5-Inch floppy drive. Minimum 2 USB 2.0 ports. Minimum 10/100 Ethernet port. Required delivery to be on or before 30 Oct 04. FOB Destination: NUWC Division Keyport, Keyport, WA 98345-7610. The following provisions apply to this solicitation: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors. Offerors are advised to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 Offerors Representation and Certification-Commercial Items, and 252.225-7000 Buy American Act-Balance of Payments Program Certificate with their quote.
