This announcement constitutes the only solicitation ; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this project is: W912P7-04-R-0008. This solicitation is being issued as a Request For Proposal. The solicitation document and incorporated provisi ons and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 24. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business. The associated North American Industry Classification System NAICS code for this project is: 236220 and the size st andard is $28,500,000. Award will go to the responsible, responsive contractor who submits the lowest overall price.
