- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared under the authority of FAR 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items and in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91CRB-04-T-0212. Requirement is for CLIN 0001: 190 each, 220V/ 50Hz, Split Air Conditioner, GE Model AS0AH12D, 12,000 BTU Heat/Cool; In Country/On-Site Maintenance Support is required; CLIN 0002: 105 each, 220V/50Hz, Split Air Conditioner, GE Model AS0AH18D, 18,000 BTU, Heat/Cool; In Country/On-Site Maintenance Suppor t is required; CLIN 0003, 50 each, Split Air Conditioner, GE Model AS0AH24D, 24,000 BTU, Heat/Cool; In Country/On-Site Maintenance Support is required. Vendors shall provide detailed information on their warranty and maintenance support. This is a Forei gn Military Sales Requirement, FMS Case IS-B-BJD. Delivery terms are F.O.B. Destination. Items shall be shipped to Government of Israel, Ministry of Defense, G and B Packing Co, 8 Hook Road, Bayonne, NJ 07002-5082. Offerors shall propose firm, fixed-p rices that includes shipping. Exact delivery instructions will be provided with the contract. Offerors must provide a delivery schedule with their proposal. Desired delivery is 45 days ARO, however, offerors are encouraged to provide alternate delivery schedules if the 45 day delivery cannot be met. Partial shipments are acceptable, however, shipments shall be as consolidated as much as possible. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provisio n at 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated based on best price and best delivery schedule. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
