Description: Provide employee assistance services to the employees of the Eastern Colorado Health Care System, to include the Denver Medical Center, outlying offices in Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Alamosa, LaJunta, Lamar and Las Animas, and the Health Administration Center (HAC) in Denver. On site counselors will be required only in the Denver Medical Center. Contract will be for a base period, October 1, 2004 thru September 30, 2005, with 4 options to renew.
