This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items, prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with information in this notice. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. All potential sources may submit an offer. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued, a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted with commercial procedures as outlined at FAR 12 and in conjuction with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
