Description

The Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC) at Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a non-personal services contract for the US Army Medical Department Center & Schools (AMEDDC&S) Doctoral in Physical Therapy (DPT) to Baylor University, Office of Sponsored Programs and Contract, P.O. Box 97088, Waco, Texas 76798-7088 to meet certain requirements for accreditation for graduate credits and a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree. The period of performance will be 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005 with four 1-year options. This is a sole source procurement. CHCC intends to solicit and negotiate only with Baylor University, Inc, under the authority of 10 U.S.C, 2304 (c)(1). However, all responsible offers will be considered. The North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611310 and the size standard is $6M. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a s olicitation of offers.
