Description

This notice of intent of the Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC) Center at Fort Sam Houston, Texas to award a sole source purchase order to Alcon RefractiveHorizons, Inc., 6201 South Freeway, Fort Worth, Texas 76134-2001 to provide software lic ense fee-per-test in association with the LADARVision 4000 System. The fees will be for Conventional Procedures and Conventional Retreatments at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The performance period will be 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005 with four 1-year options. This is a sole source procurement. CHCC intends to solicit and negotiate only with Alcon RefractiveHorizons, Inc, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1). However, all responsible offers will be c onsidered. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334510 and the size standard is 500 employees. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers. Solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpps on or about 15 September 2004.
