Description

This requirement is for the procurement of Repair Parts for the M41 Protective Assessment Test System (PATS). The anticipated contract is Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). Delivery is requested 45 days after contract award. This acquisition is sole source t o TSI, Incorporated, 500 Cardigan Road, Shoreview, MN 55126-3996. TSI is the manufacturer of the M41 PATS and holds proprietary rights. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release solicitation. However, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will not close prior to the closing date.
