LASER TRANSCEIVER UNIT, PRON: AX4C9167AX, NSN: 1270-01-408-9015, PN: 13079020-019, QUANTITY: MIN:40/MAX 61 Ea, applicable to the TADS/PNVS, with deliveries to Orlando, FL 32819-0000. This item is restricted t o Lockheed Martin Corporation, Cage Code 04939 and Litton Systems Inc., Cage Code 34860, because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. Production Lead-time is 40 eac h, 420 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website ww w.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; howe ver, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
