Description

DESC: The item to be procured is the Drift Tube Module, NSN 6665-01-380-8449, Part Number 5-15-17130. For use on the Improved Chemical Agent Monitor (ICAM). Proposed 5 year requirements contract will be for full and open competition. Ordering periods will be from date of award though Dec 31, 2009. Total estimated ordering quantity is 2,500 each. FOB is destination. A Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) license is required for testing of this item and must be obtained before time of award. Estimated i ssue date is October 22, 2004. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue d ate by accessing the following address via the internet: http://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
