Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W91CRB-04-T-0185 that is issued as a request for quotation. The NAICS code is 335311, the size standard is 750. This is a Foreign Military Sales Requirement, FMS Case India-UMJ; purchase request USASAC4245X042. This requirement is for power supply items for the Government of India. The following National Stock Numbers are required: 6130-01-380-9799 quantity six (6) each, 6130-01-378-6729 quantity six (6) each , 6130-01-072-1534 quantity six (6) each, 6130-01-072-4413 quantity six (6) each, 6130-01-073-6127 quantity four (4) each, 6130-01-176-3196 quantity six (6) each, 6130-01-072-1529 quantity six (6) each, 6130-01-072-1532 quantity six (6) each, 6130-01-072-1 533 quantity six (6) each. Delivery is 20 weeks from date of award at Barstow, CA terms are F.O.B. Destination. Offerors must provide a delivery schedule with their proposal. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to t his acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated based on price and delivery schedule. Award will be made to the offeror that provides the best value to the Government. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers.
