Description

THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT, AMENDMENT TWO, TO W914NS-04-Q-0219 IS TO CLARIFY THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THIS REQUIREMENT AND TO EXTEND THE DUE DATE OF THE QUOTE. 1. The refurbishment of the ICMC Bulging is a design / build effort. All pre-existing plans were destroyed. There is no adjacent land for additions to be built onto the existing structure. The minimum standard for construction will be based on the 2000 edition of the International Building Code and related references. All necessary permits have been obtained. All drawings shall be accomplished using ECAD. Purchase and installation of IT equipment and furniture is outside the scope of this contract. 2. The Quote will contain the following deliverables: a. Statement of Work (SOW) As a minimum the SOW will address the technical approach to be employed to satisfy all the requirements of this effort and include plans for the HVAC, electrical, fire alarm / suppression, and glazing requirements envisioned for the refurbishment. b. Program schedule c. Concept design d. Full set of drawings to include as built drawings, shop drawings, and floor plans before and after the refurbishment. The post refurbishment floor plan shall include office partitions. e. Full set of design specifications to include technical, workmanship, and material specifications. 3. The quote should include one generator; 400 volt, 750KVa, 3 phase, 50 Hz. 4. The total budget for this effort is $4 million plus or minus 10 percent. 5.
