Description

We intend to award a sole source contract to Calix Networks, Inc., 1035 N. McDowell, Petaluma, CA 94954 for Part No. 100-00093, RU2W-24, Remote Universal 2W, 24 Ports (POTS, UVG, PLAR, 2WTO, COIN); Part No. 100-00181, T1-6 A+T, T1, 6 Ports, ATM and T DM Functionality; Part No. 100-00456, ADSL2-24, ADSL 2 and 2+, 24 Ports; Part No. 100-00488, POTS Splitter-24-CT, POTS/ADSL Splitter Shelf, 48 Ports, 1U-CT; Part No. 100-00498, POTS Splitter-24-CT, POTS/ADSL Splitter Card, 24 Ports, DC Blocking with Signat ure-CT; Part No. 100-00215, RJ45-12, Ethernet Interface Adapter, 12 RJ45 Connections, and Part No. 100-00019, OC12-4 IR, OC12, 4 Ports, Packet/SONET, IR, 1310nm. This award is sole source to Calix due to the compatibility with the existing system and prop rietary nature of the items being purchased.
