The Stimson Library located at Fort Sam Houston, Texas has a requirement for periodical subscription services during the period 01 October 2004 through 30 September 2005. An award will be made through the Library of Congress' (LC) Federal Library and Info rmation Network (FEDLINK) program; that is, Offeror must have a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with the Library.
