Description

The Government wishes to purchase Taclane Classic Encyrptors and Taclance Classic Encyrptor Rack Mounts. The NAICS Code that applies to this acquisition is 334290. This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns, headquartered in the New Orleans LA small-business district. Offerors must identify themselves as being a very small business. If there is no offer received from a very small business concern, this acquisition is then set-aside 100% for a small business. If there is no offer received from a small business concern, the set-aside for small business may dissolved and the acquisition open to all responsive bidders. Note: This acquisition will not be reposted to EPS if set-aside is dissolved fro (1) 100% small business consideration or (2) full and open competition. You will not be eligible to receive an award if you are not in the central contractor registration database.
