Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center, VAMC MADISON, WI intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Problem Solving Concepts, Inc. to upgrade software, licenses, and annual maintenance. Problem Solving Concepts, Inc. is the only known source that can supply the software and licenses that supports the current ProSolv Cardiovascular Analyzer Workstation located at VAMC Madison, WI. In addition, it is the only known source with a complete system that provides compatible software upgrade package, licenses, and maintenance program for the ProSolv Cardiovascular Analyzer Workstation. NAICS 511210 applies to this procurement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. If however, any firm believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by 12:00 pm on September 22, 2004. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above ProSolv Cardiovascular Analyzer Workstation requirement. Information can be sent to the Contracting Officer, VAMC-GLAC, 5000 W. National Ave. Bldg. 5, Milwaukee WI 53295 or via fax to (414) 902-5440. If no responses are received within the period indicated, the GLAC will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Problem Solving Concepts, Inc.
