Description

To clarify questions raised on flooring space and window space.Total useable square feet of the facility is hereby amended to approximately 109,000 SF broken down as Broadloom Carpet 4,700 square yards = 42,300 SF, Carpet Tile 6,600 square yards = 59,400 SF, Vinyl Flooring 6,400 square feet = 6,400 SF, Ceramic Tile 950 square feet = 950 SF. Approximately 340 people occupy the building. There are approximately 1,229 windows in the building, of approximately 17,848 SF each, including the perimeter windows and inside the building. All windows except for the conference rooms have metal blinds, the conference rooms have black-out shades on a vinyl type of fabric. Daily cleaning is as-needed.The soliciation closing date remains as September 14, 2004 at 3:00PM US/Arizona time. Offers shall be delivered to 4001 N. 3rd Street, Fairmount Place, Suite 300, Phoenix, AZ 85012. There are no further changes at this time.
