Description

Furnish a tractor and driver to the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center, 650 E Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ to transport clean and soiled linen to/from Phoenix VAMC to/from Northern Arizona VA Health Care System, 500 Highway 89 North, Prescott, AZ 86313 and to/from Southern Arizona VA Health Care System, 3601 S. 6th Avenue, Tucson, AZ 85723 using government provided trailers from the date of contract award through September 30, 2005 with the provision for four (4), one (1) year renewal options in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions and the schedule of this solicitation. NAICS: 488999 SIZE STANDARD: $6.0. The solicitation shall be made available on or about September 10, 2004 with a due date of September 28, 2004 at 1:00pm local time. Copies of the solicitation may be obtained at no charge at the VA Business Opportunities System website http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov or http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ Dissemination is limited to electronic medium and the VA will provide no hard copies.
