- Description
- Defense Supply Center Richmond intends to procure multiple, part-numbered Cleaning Compound, Solvent, Cantol Inc. ( CAGE 58380) through the use of long-term contracts awarded against solicitation SP0412-04-R-5317. This solicitation is comprised of 19 NSNs with similar manufacturing processes. The NSNs in this solicitation all fall under FSC 6850. It is anticipated that split awards will be made against this solicitation. The resultant contracts will be Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The contracts will have a twenty four month base period and three twelve-month option periods for total maximum period of performance of 5 years if all options are exercised. Procurement is unrestricted with other than full and open competition. All NSN?s are commercial, QAP 251 . COS is coded Y therefore the solicitation is IAW Far Part 12. MSDS and hazard warning labels are required. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Once released (see opening date below) the solicitation will be found on the Procurement Gateway at. http://progate.daps.mil/home. The solicitation will open on 29 September 2004 and close on 28 October 2004. Documents will not be available until the solicitation opening date.
