- Pr No. FPG04231001057: This solicitation will contain one NSN for an Aileron, NSN 1560-00-784-8262, in accordance with Northrop Grumman Corp, Cage: 76823, P/N 2-25100-605 Rev-J and ECO?s D85234, D57084, D85867 and E91226. Approved sources are: Bristol Aerospace (35951), Cyclone Aviation (S5503), and Canadian Commercial Corp (98247). The quantity is 6 each for a base year with provisions for a 100% quantity option. This is a Critical Application Item and Configuration Control applies. First Article Government Testing required, sample size 1 each. QAP 007. Requested delivery for production is 274 days. This solicitation will issue Unrestricted ? Other Than Full and Open Competition. An Export Control technical data package exists for this NSN. Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via Internet. The Internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd (all lowercase). If certification is required, request a DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, from Defense Logistics Services Center, DLSC-FBA, Federal Center, Battle Creek, Michigan 49017-3084. www.dlis.dla.mil. Pre-qualification statement applies. If you are not listed as an approved source in the item description, a source approval package must be submitted. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. The final contracting award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
