Description
PR No. RU042390020000: This solicitation will contain 1 NSN 1560-00-710-2310 for a Seal, Canopy, Inflatable. Northrop Grumman is the OEM, P/N 2-13903-5 Rev F and ACC 042578. Approved sources: Seal Master (Cage 54686) and Kirkhill Rubber Co (75345) P/N S-10485-5. FOB Origin with I/A Origin. Per JJB, requested production delivery is 90 days ARO. This item is not identified as a Navy Critical Safety Item. Configuration Control and Critical Application apply. Government First Article Testing is required. The sample size is 1 each. QAP 007. This solicitation is issued to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract for a base year and provisions for four, one-year options. Pricing will be based on the Estimated Annual Demand quantities of 193 for the base year and 212 for each option year. The final award decision may be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Any manufacturer not listed as an approved source must provide a source approval package. An ?Export Control? technical data package (TDP) exists for this nsn. Technical data will only be released to contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via internet. The internet address is http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd (all in lower case). If certification is required, request a DD2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement, form Defense Logistics Services Center, DLSC-FBA, Federal Center, Battle Creek, Michigan 49017-3084. www.dlis.dla.mil.
