- Quotations are being requested for the following service. The reference number is F73SVS42050600 and is being issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This request for quote (RFQ) is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code is 561990 and small business size standard is $6,000,000.00. This requirement consists of six line items to be priced based on quantity of events. Line Item 001: Provide Intramural Flag Football Officials. 3 man crew. 2x18 minute halves. Total number of 170 games is an estimate; Line Item 002: Provide field supervisor for flag football games, scores/equipment and problems on field as they occur. Total number of 170 games is an estimate; Line Item 003: Provide Intramural Soccer Officials. One (1) person crew. 7x7 league, 2x25 minute running halves. Total number of 100 games is an estimate. OT/shoot out will not be played; Line Item 004: Provide Intramural Basketball Officials and scorer/timer. Two (2) person crew and one (1) scorer/timer. 2x18 minute halves. Last two minutes of second half will use stop clock. Overtime will be played. No shot clock. Total number of 300 games is an estimate; Line Item 005: Provide Intramural Volleyball Officials (2) and one (1) scorer. Top and bottom official. USAVB rules apply, except where amended. Best two of three games, with third game rally point. Officials must be registered with USA Volleyball Association. Total number of 210 matches is an estimate only; Line Item 006: Provide Intramural Softball Officials. One (1) person officiating system with one hour time limit. Minimum of four and ? innings. Extra innings will be played to break ties. Total number of 340 games is an estimate only. Line Item 007: Provide Intramural field supervisor for softball fields. One (1) individual will cover 2 fields, one hour time limit. Total number of 280 games is an estimate only. The contract type will be firm-fixed price (FFP). This requirement is for Sports Officiating Services for the 43rd Services Squadron, Pope AFB, NC. The expected period of performance of any resulting contract will be 1 October 2004 through 30 September 2005. The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible contractor whose offer conforms to this RFQ, who has the technical ability to meet all requirements, and will be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance and price will be considered evenly. The contractor certifies that it meets all requirements by submitting a quotation. The contractor shall provide references or documents to verify that their workers meet all requirements of the solicitation. Any resulting contract will be paid on a monthly basis using the Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) system at https://wawf.eb.mil/ The Department of Labor Wage Determination Number 94-2397, revision number 22 applies to this acquisition.
