Description

The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB, NE intends to issue a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures to ADT Security Servives, Inc. for the acquisition of ADT Cascio/Rusco Picture Perfet Version 2.0. ADT is the only source that can provide these items. These items are proprietary in nature and not available through dealers or distributors. This is not a request for quotation nor an announcement of a forthcoming solicitation. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response hereto will not be honored or acknowledged. All timely responses will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not it is advantageous for the Government to conduct a competitive procurement; no award will be made on the basis of any response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed order on a full and competitive basis, based upon response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information submitted in response to this publication. Any responsible firm that feels it has the capacity to provide these items may contact Captain Kevin Swinford at 402-232-6571 no later than 1500 CST on 10 Sep 04.
