Description

The US Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service in Dubois, ID has a requirement for 120 tons of type #2 yellow whole corn delivered to our facility in Mud Lake ID & 170 tons of type #2 yellow whole corn delivered to Dubois, ID. Unloading of corn shall be done by using bottom dump hoppers (no lifting required). Unloading time is estimated between one to two hours per truck load. 72 hours notice is needed to schedule a deliver time. Delivery between September 20, 2004 & October 15, 2004. The closing date of this RFQ will be September 14, 2004 12:01pm PST. Fax proposal will be accepted to 510-559-6023. The award will be made by 1:00pm PST 9-14-2004. The first delivery can take place after award on September 20, 2004 by appointment. Corn must be free of insects, insect damage & contains minimal dust & cracking of kernels. Quantities may vary depending on truck load lots refer to RFQ. Weigh bills are to be submitted at time of delivery. RFQ's are available upon request by fax to the attention of Fred Gifford fax 510-559-6023. Set aside for Small Business Concerns.
