- Regular Over Haul (ROH) with dry docking for the USNS MERCY (T-AH 19) [Length Overall (LOA), 894 ft. 0 in.; Length Between Perpendiculars (LBP), 855 ft. 0 in.; Beam Molded, 105 ft. 9 in.; Depth Molded, 64 ft. 6 in.; Draft, Design Waterline, 32 ft. 9 in.; Draft, Scantling, 38 ft. 0 in.; Gross Tonnage, 54,367 TONS; Full Displacement Tonnage, 69,360 LT]. The Period of Performance for this requirement is to start 31 January 2005 and end 01 May 2005. The area of consideration is CONUS West Coast. The major items for this availability are as follows: (1) Dry- Docking, underwater hull painting. (2) Installation of High Sea suction T-AH-Alt 361, ABS/USCG. (3) Replacement of new SSDG set, T-AH-Alt 361, ABS/USCG. (4) High Pressure Water Mist Fire Protection Installation In Aux. Machinery Rooms, T-AH-Alt 362, ABS/USCG. (5) Replace Existing Two (2) Incinerators, T-AH-Alt 354, ABS/USCG. (6) Replace Three (3) Centrifugal AC Units, T-AH-Alt 356, ABS/USCG.
