Description

The National Park Service (NPS) contemplates issuing a sole source purchase order to Newcomer Morris & Young, Inc. to develop public outreach material for Heritage Education - Louisiana that has a consistent, professional design with regard to color, graphic, and font. Tasks include: Part I, Two (2) Teachers' booklets, 5,000 each including art production and printing for two (2) 28-page + cover booklets, full color throughout, saddle-stitched (stapled); and Part 2, Phase 2 of the website development including an Access database constructed with ASP programming language and a password protected section to allow registered users the ability to fill in lesson plans via template and submission for review. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, firms or persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement by submitting descriptive literature illustrating corporate capabilities to provide the required services. All responses received within 12 days after date of publication of this announcement will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
