Description

The US ARMY Tank Automotive and Armaments Command in Warren, MI, has a requirement for 256 Hydraulic Servovalve  10 each of 256.25A-01 Servovalve 250 gpm and Servovalve manifold. The requirement is being solicited as sole source to MTS System Corpo ration, 14000 Technology Dr. Eden Prairie MN. The combined Commercial Solicitation number is W56HZV-04-R-Q513. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24 dated 19 Jul 2004. The associated North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) 334519. No options will be included. FOB Destination will apply (FAR 52.247-34). Provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors  Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offeror s are advised to include a complete copy of the Provision 52-212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications  Commercial Items.
