Description

NATO's Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE), J8 BUDFIN, Purchasing & Contracting Branch, intends to release and Invitation For International Bidding (IFIB) for Digital Voice Logging System operations and maintenance (O&M). Eligibility: Companies which have performed at least two contracts within the last five years substantially similar in scope to the requirement described in the solicitation. Contractor's personnel performing services under the contract shall be in possession of a valid NATO security clearance up to NATO SECRET level. Requirement: Perform O&M servicing of NATO Digital Voice Logging System including updating software and hardware. Delivery location: SHAPE, Casteau (Belgium). Partial Bidding: Not Authorized. All interested U.S. firms must be certified no later than 21 September 2004. SHAPE will directly mail this IFIB to all certified bidders. Bid Closing Date: October 2004 (planned). THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE DOES NOT SERVE AS THE CONTRACTING AGENCY FOR NATO PROJECTS. SHAPE?s Purchasing & Contracting Branch is the contracting entity.
