- Description
- The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office, Information Systems Services Division (DITCO-PL8231) intends to issue a sole-source purchase order to Kana Software, Inc., for software and annual software support of Kana?s Response Departments, Kana?s Response Concurrent User License, and Kana?s Response Core Product. The software provides license support of DISA operations for the period 27 Sep 04 thru 26 Sep 05. The statutory authority for contracting without providing for full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(a).
