Description

WCC intends to establish a requirements type contract with Firm Fixed Prices incl. one Option Year for the purchase of Law Enforcement Pursuit 4-Door, 5 PAX, Midsize Sedan, GED w/Automatic Transmission (Est. Qty. Base & Option 25 EA) and Law Enforcem ent Patrol 4-Door, 5 PAX, Midsize Sedan, GED, w/Automatic Transmission (Est. Base & Option 100 EA). Vehicles shall be from European manufacturers for the European market and for delivery to the following European countries: Germany, Italy, Spain, Belgium a nd Greece. Estimated total value of $ 3,250,000.00. NOTE 12 applies This is not a request for submission of quotations. The Request for Quotations is anticipated to be issued by End of September 2004 with award anticipated by End of November 2004. RFQ # W912CM-04-T-0429.
