Description

Furnish and install a freestanding mezzanine, 96 feet by 13 feet, with nine-foot clearance height. Bay size: 13 feet by 16 feet, Liveload/Deadload: 200 PSF/15 PSF, Max Column Base Plate Pressure 27560 lbs., Max Deck Support Centers: 39 inches, Deck Fascia Trim: Full Perimeter, Height to top of deck: 126 1/2 inches, minimum under clearance: 108 inches, IBC Seismic. Category: Category C, Deflection Criteria: L/360, Guardrail with kick plate; 122 lineal feet (removable), Color: All components gray, Deck Type: 20 ga by one 1 1/2 inches deck and 3/4 inches T & G OSB, square footage of deck surface: 1248 SF, stairway and landing are required for project.
