- Description
- The project consists essentially of, but is not limited to, modification and repairs to the existing Taxiway Bravo at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware. Civil work for this project consists of milling and repaving large areas of pavement, reconstruction of a portion of the keel section, construction of new shoulders, and re-striping the pavement. Electrical work consists of repairs and upgrades of the existing taxiway lighting system. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 237310. The approximate issue date will be 19 July 2004 with an approximate response date of 18 Aug 2004. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal and is issued on an unrestricted basis to all firms registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive offers will be considered by the agency. The performance period is 365 days. The project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The entire solicitation, including the specifications, will be made available only on the Electronic Posting System (EPS) Web Site at http://www.eps.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the EPS website to: USAF Offices, Air Mobility Command, 436 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a proposal on this solicitation must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). Telephone and fax requests will not be honored.
