- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for the purchase of 65 each of a ?Digital Pressure Standard? in accordance with NAVSEA drawing number PE/SK 4380 Rev B. Deliveries of the first five (5) units are due 8 weeks after contract award with delivery of 5 per week for the remaining count. Please note that certification of compliance to the environmental tests identified on the drawing is required prior to award. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued by 3 September 2004. The anticipated closing date of the solicitation will be 20 September 2004. The RFQ will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. Offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from this website and to frequently monitor the site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone or fax requests for the RFQ package will be accepted. An email request to hendricksonmj@kpt.nuwc! .navy.mil will be accepted in the event an offeror experiences problems downloading the RFQ from the NECO website. After downloading the solicitation, firms interested in submitting quotes must: (1) complete the pricing, (2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation (3) and ensure current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration database (http://www.ccr.gov/). No bidders list will be maintained by this office. Failure to respond to the electronically posted RFQ and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection of the same. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 12.
