Description

The 56th Contracting Squadron, Luke AFB, AZ intends to award a sole source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the acquisition of Altia Design software from Altia, Inc., 5030 Corporate Plaza Drive, Colorado Springs, CO 80919. Other Than Full and Open Competition is authorized by 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). The anticipated award date is 20 September 04. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. This notice is for informational purposes only. No formal solicitation will be issued as a result of this announcement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is within the discretion of the Government.
