- Description: this is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classifications (Hubzone 8(a), 8(a), Hubzone, small business, small disadvantage business and large business) relative to NAICS Code 423450 (Size Standard of $42.0 Million). Responses to this sources sought synopsis will be used by the government to make appropriate Acquisition decisions-see submittal requirements below. The Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center (LSCVAMC), Cleveland, OH is seeking sources for the procurement and installation of an ADAL 3D Treadmill. This treadmill will allow for the continuous dynamic measurement on each leg and recording of the 3 spatial components (3D) of the ground reaction forces while walking. This system can collect shuffling gait and measure all three forces and center of pressure. The system must also interface with the Hocoma Lokomat and the Vicon Miotion Analysis System, which is already in place. This system must be similar in function to ADAL3DM Treadmill under a ?brand name or equal to? the treadmill offered by Medical Development s performance specifications. Award shall be made to vendor presenting the Best Value to the Government. Vendor shall submit technical specifications, past performance history and price. Technical Specifications and technical capabilities when combined are more than cost and or price. Upon award, Contractor/Vendor must register with the Centralized Contractor Registray at www.ccr.gov The Louis Stokes Cleveland, Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center is seeking the below procurement and installation of a ADAL3DM Treadmill: 1) Belt Speed 0-10km/h (6.2) 2) Walking Speed 0.2 to 10km/h (0.3 to 6.2) 3) Motor Drives 2 brushless motors with feedback encoders 4) Main Power 3kW 5) Supply Voltage 200 to 240Vac/16A / 50-60Hz-Single Phase with earth 6) Emergency Stop Pushbutton on control box and front barrier 7) Progressive Stop 8) Adjustable side and front hand rails 9) Speed control by the computer (separately on both sides if needed) 10) Training 11) Installation of Systems Two copies of the service manual are required. State delivery terms. Offeror shall provide the following, to be considered for the BEST VALUE selection: 1) Technical: Literature about your company?s medical equipment to include technical specifications and picture(s). 2) Price Quote 3) Warranty: Indicate terms. 4) Repair 5) Delivery: Indicate the earliest date you can deliver upon receipt of purchase order.
