- See numbered notes 9, 13, and 26. This solicitation will be issued as a total small-business set-aside contract for the purchase of Liner Sections, Tent, Temper, Modesty Curtain, NSN: 8340-01-211-4774, which shall be manufactured in accordance with Specification number MIL-DTL-44243A, dated November 23, 1990, with Amendment 1, dated February 24, 1992. There will be a base year and four one-year 100% quantity options. There will be a quantity of 1,500 each for each of the base year and four one-year 100% quantity options. There will be six deliveries 150 days after award or sooner. Destinations are Defense Distribution Depot New Cumberland, PA and Defense Distribution Depot Barstow, CA. All materials will be furnished by the awardee. FAR Part 12 procedures will not be used. Best Value, Source Selection is required under this solicitation, the following evaluation factor is included in this procurement: Past Performance. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
