Description

The U.S. Geological Survey, located in Miami, Florida has a requirement to award a purchase order to provide tunr-key symposium planning and management to include but not limited to registration, marketing and promotions, web site development and maintenance, printing and graphics services, clerical requirements, space and accommodation logistics and coordination, receipt and handling of technical abstract submissions and publication, speaker communications and equipment needs, and poster session logistics for the National Conference on Ecosystem Restoration. There will be up to 550 participants in the conference. The successful vendor will have experience in managing large-scale scientific conferences which have included solicitation, receipt and processing of several hundred abstracts; pulication of an abstract book; and coordination of several hundred speakers and poster presenters and their A/V needs. Firms that can furnish the required service based on RFQ No. 04ERQQ0128 are invited to respond at the website below. The NAICS code is 56111. Responses are due at 12:00 Noon 09/10/2004, Eastern Standard Time. The anticipated award date is 09/17/2004.
