Description

DCC-W, intends to issue an order against a GSA scheduled contract to Quantitative Software Management (QSM), 2000 Corporate Ridge, Suite 900, McLean, VA 22102, for Software Cost Estimating of Automated Information Systems (AIS). This is a follow-on requirement. The contractor shall provide a total of 370 labor hours (100 hrs of ACAT 1 independent software assessment; 120 hrs of Joint BM C2 interoperability; 150 hrs Consulting Services for assessment of PMO baseline support of ITOIPT & ITAB reviews; and Travel for 3 out of area data collection trips). Interested parties may request a copy of the solicitation/statement of work and submit responses accordingly. All request for the solicitation/SOW received within ten (10) days after date of publicatio n of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
