- Provide orthopedic services for the period November 1, 2004 through October 31, 2005. Services to include surgical procedures, clinic visits and emergency on-call for off hours. Specific days and hours on VA Clinics to be decided by VA and Contractor. This is a commercial item being solicited under authority 38 U.S.C. 8153. NAICS for this procurement is 621111 and the size standard is $8.5 million. RFP is currently available and posted to this website. Proposal is due October 4, 2004 @ 4:30pm US/Mountain time. Award is contingent upon availability of Fiscal Year 2005 funding. The procurement is 100% set-aside for small business
