Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Paraben Corporation under the authority of FAR 6.302 for the procurement of 5 ea P2 Forensic Training and 20 ea Cell Phone Seizure Training and 20 ea PDA Seizure Training. Need to be 508 compliant. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government to note compete this proposed contract based upon Reponses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The sole source is to provide training on the products that we have purchased from the Paraben Corporation. Award will be based on meeting the specifications listed and it will be on an All or None basis. This requirement is Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 611420 with a small business size standard not to exceed $21,000.000. Awardee must be registered in the Department of Defense?s (DOD) Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Attn: Paula King Paula.King@aft.gov.
