Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W912EF-04-Q-0150 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 200 1-24, Effective 19 Jul 04 and Class Deviation 2004-o0001 and Defense Federal Acquisition in effect through DCN 20040625. This RFQ is 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 423830 and the small business size standard is 500 employees.
